Shipping Information

Key Points:

All prints are to be picked up in Perth if locally ordered, to reduce the risk of transport damage. If postage is required or outside of Perth, postage costs will be worked out prior to postage and need to be paid by customer prior to postage. We do not ship framed prints internationally. We will only ship rolled prints and rolled canvases internationally, for this we charge a flat fee of $65 AUD. We are not responsible for any additional country shipping charges that may occur.

Rolled Prints :
Rolled Prints will be shipped in a tube via Australia Post. Signature is required on delivery.  Expected shipping time: 5 to 10 business days (please allow more time for international orders)

Canvas - Stretched :
Stretched Canvas will be shipped via courier. Available to Australian customers only. Signature is required on delivery. It is important that your shipping address is your day time address. Expected shipping time: 10 to 15 business days for Perth. East Coast orders at 80cm x 60cm and above need to be shipped via road and can take an extra 5 days.

Fine Art Paper - Framed :
Fine Art Paper in a frame will be shipped via courier. Available to Australian customers only. Signature is required on delivery. It is important that your shipping address is your day time address. Expected shipping time: 10 to 15 business days for Perth. East Coast orders at 80cm x 60cm and above need to be shipped via road and can take an extra 5 days.

Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final. We appreciate your understanding. If you believe there is a quality issue or flaw, please email hello@strangeimages.com.au so we can help!

We generally do not give refunds.
